You will LOVE your battery case, or we will take it back! We are happy to accept return or exchange requests for any reason in the first 30 days of purchase!
If you would like to return or exchange your order or if there is an issue with the print you received, please email us at email@example.com order number and the product you would like to return or exchange.
We will process your refund or exchange order once your return has been received. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and have the original packaging.
We will gladly accept your return, but you need to pay for your own return shipping.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can request to cancel your order at any time before your order has shipped.
When will I be refunded for my return?
Your refund will be processed once your return has been received.
Late or missing refund?
If you have not received your refund yet, check your bank account. If a refund is still missing, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time to before it correctly reflects on your statement.
Next, contact your bank. There is sometimes processing time before the refund amount is posted. If all of these steps are done and you still don't have the refund - please email us: firstname.lastname@example.org
